Year 9 student competes at English Schools Championship and wins gold in mixed relay

Congratulations to Ruby in year 9 who had a great time at the 93rd English Schools’ Track and Field Championships in Birmingham last weekend.

Ruby competed for Oxfordshire in the Junior Girls 100m and Junior 4 x 100m mixed relay.

The mixed relay team won gold making Oxfordshire the new English Schools Championship record holders with a time of 46.1 secs!
