Year 10 Food Tech - How to fillet and cook sea bass!

Yesterday, this Year 10 Food Tech class, learnt how to fillet and cook a sea bass, learning how to fillet, descale, debone and cook sea bass, presenting it with a lovely fresh coucous salad too.
This is in preparation for their GCSE assignment next year where they will demonstrate their breadth of skills to a specific brief.
The students did a fantastic job as you can see from the photos, and the food smelt delicious.
Many thanks to the new fishmongers in Headington, Bluefin who helped us to source 55 sea bass!
