Year 10 student highly commended in Oxford University's Spanish Flash Fiction competition

Many congratulations to Siri in Year 10 who has been highly commended in the Oxford University 2024 Spanish Flash Fiction competition, Years 10-11 category.

Over 600 entries were received to the annual competition which invites secondary school pupils to write a short story of no more than 100 words in Spanish.

The Spanish judging panel is made up of academics from the Faculty of Medieval and Modern Languages at the University of Oxford who were extremely impressed with the hard work and creativity that went into writing a piece of fiction in a different language.
