Cheney School is a vibrant, exciting place to work and is centrally located in the city of Oxford.

We were rated as “Good” by Ofsted in 2023 and have a very diverse student population, meaning no day is ever boring! We send students to Oxbridge and Russell Group universities every year and also welcome students with a range of language and learning support needs: you could be teaching a wide range of students each day – which is part of the appeal for many staff.
